Privacy policy
오운굿즈랩 (OWNGOODSLAB), Republic of Korea, operates Sketch Relay and is responsible for its game account and gameplay data. For privacy questions or requests, contact owngoodslab@gmail.com.
What we process and why
- Website visits: hosting infrastructure receives network information such as your IP address and requested URL to deliver pages and protect the service. This information site has no advertising or analytics scripts and no registration form.
- Game accounts: username, internal account ID, password hash, hashed recovery code, recovery email and verification date, account dates, free trial usage, and verified subscription status. These support login, recovery, hosting eligibility, and paid access. New accounts provide an email address for verification and password resets. Existing users can link an email after authenticating. We do not use these addresses for marketing.
- Gameplay: display names, room membership, drawings, guesses, custom prompts, draft content, game timing, and saved results. These are used to run your room, reconnect players, and show results to participants.
- Security and reliability: session identifiers, request limits, operational events, and diagnostic information help prevent abuse and investigate failures. Rate-limit identifiers stored by the game are derived from network addresses using a process-specific secret.
- Purchases: your game account ID, product, store, subscription status, expiry, and purchase events are exchanged with RevenueCat and the relevant payment provider to verify access. The game server does not receive full card details.
- Support: if you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use these to answer your request and resolve related issues.
Cookies and device storage
The game uses essential session cookies and browser/device storage for login, room recovery, drafts, and preferences. Game sessions expire after seven days. Clearing storage can remove local drafts and your ability to reconnect as a guest. Checkout providers use their own security and payment technologies under their notices.
Who receives information
Room participants see the names and game content needed for play. We use Render for hosting, RevenueCat for subscription verification, Resend for account verification and recovery emails, and Paddle for web purchases when enabled. Apple or Google processes purchases made through its store. Our contact mailbox is hosted by Google. Providers receive only information needed for their respective functions, subject to their policies and agreements. We do not sell your game content or use it for advertising.
International processing
Our hosting and payment providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Korea or your country of residence. The planned game hosting region is Singapore; provider infrastructure may operate in other locations. We use service providers and contractual safeguards appropriate to the processing. Contact us for questions about overseas processing. Without the hosting and subscription services required to deliver a feature, we may be unable to provide that feature.
Retention and deletion
Rooms last up to four hours. The game removes room content within 24 hours after closure during routine cleanup. A host can delete a closed room sooner. Pro hosts may explicitly save separate results for up to 30 days, limited to 20 results per account. Deleting the original room’s data also deletes its saved copies. Copies downloaded or captured by other players are outside our control.
Account records, including verified recovery email addresses, remain until account deletion. Verification and reset links expire after 30 minutes and are single-use. Queued email contents are encrypted, removed after delivery, and otherwise removed when their link expires. Operational game events are kept for 30 days, request-limit records for up to one day, and processed billing event identifiers for 90 days. Payment providers keep transaction records under their own policies and legal obligations. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request, related disputes, and applicable obligations; you can ask us to review or delete it. Any operational backups are restricted and are not used to restore deleted information into active use.
Your choices and rights
You can correct your chosen display name in the game and delete your game account in Free / Pro. Deletion removes your account, hosted rooms, saved results, and logins; your account name is removed from contributions still retained in other hosts’ games. Account deletion does not cancel billing. Cancel with your payment provider separately.
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other rights available under applicable law, or to complain about our handling of information. We may need to verify account ownership; never email your password or recovery code. You can also contact the relevant data protection authority. We publish policy changes here with an updated effective date and provide additional notice where required.
