Terms of service

1. Who operates Sketch Relay

Sketch Relay is operated by 오운굿즈랩 (OWNGOODSLAB), a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea. Contact us at owngoodslab@gmail.com. These terms cover our game and website. Using the service means accepting these terms. If you cannot legally enter this agreement yourself, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use and any purchase.

2. The game and your account

Sketch Relay is a multiplayer drawing and guessing game. Keep your password and recovery code private. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Account recovery uses the recovery code; we cannot automatically reset a forgotten password without it. Do not sell, share, or transfer accounts or subscriptions.

3. Free and Pro

Free includes invited participation and one hosted trial room per account. Pro costs US$2.99 per month on the web and provides additional hosting, custom prompts, and saved results as described on the pricing page. It renews monthly until canceled. Your checkout shows the final currency, price, and renewal terms before you pay. Pro access starts after the payment provider confirms payment and our service verifies it.

When web sales open, Paddle will act as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for web orders, processing payments, applicable transaction taxes, and billing. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to those orders. Apple and Google handle purchases made through their stores under their respective terms. RevenueCat helps us verify subscription access across devices.

Cancel through the provider used to purchase. Deleting a game account does not cancel billing. Refunds and withdrawal rights are described in our refund policy. We will communicate material pricing changes before they affect a future renewal, as required by applicable law.

4. Play respectfully

Do not upload illegal content, exploitative sexual content, threats, harassment, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not use the service for gambling, fraud, unauthorized access, or attempts to evade hosting and security limits. Room links should only be shared with intended participants. Contact support to report abuse; include the room code and approximate time, without redistributing harmful material.

5. Your drawings and game content

You keep your rights to content you create. You give us permission to store, transmit, and display it as needed to run your game and any saved results. Other participants can see content as the game reveals it and may take screenshots or download results. Avoid sharing confidential information. Retention and deletion are explained in our privacy policy.

6. Availability, suspension, and ending use

Internet connections, maintenance, and server capacity can affect play. Pro does not remove room limits or guarantee availability. We may restrict access to prevent abuse or protect the service. You can stop using the service and delete your account through the game’s Free / Pro screen. If a paid feature persistently fails, contact us so we can investigate and help with the remedies available to you.

7. Your legal rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable consumer protections, including those in your country, remain available. For a dispute, contact us first; this does not prevent you from contacting a regulator, payment provider, or competent court. We will post updated terms here with their effective date and give notice of material changes where required.
